PROJECT MANAGER
Provide overall direction for the functions of our Northern California branch office and also develop new business opportunities. Successful candidiates will have experience with high purity process piping types of projects
SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR
Provide overall direction to manage and build multiple large project(s), including health care hospitals. Must have OSHPD experience and a proven track record demonstrated by a list of projects completed under your supervision.

HVAC ESTIMATORS
· Technical training and/or experience (5-10 years)
· Ability to complete quality bid packages under deadlines
· Knowledge of computer-based estimating programs
· Familiar with SMCNA
· Familiar with HVAC dry side equipment (air units, fans, etc.) and air side vendors
· Ability to develop customer and vendor relationships
ESTIMATORS
MECHANICAL estimator(s) with plumbing and piping experience
Will consider all levels of mechanical (plumbing and piping) candidates who also meet the following requirements:
1) Degree in construction related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
2) Knowledge of computer-based estimating programs such as QuickPen or similar software
3) Familiar with UPC
4) Ability to develop customer and vendor relationships
5) Capable of completing detailed quality bid packages
6) Works well with deadlines.
CAD DETAILERS
Murray Company is interested in talented people who may work well with our dedicated and experienced team on a variety of challenging projects.
If you have the following qualifications, we welcome receipt of your resume and learning more about your experience:
• Ability to develop and coordinate plumbing and/or HVAC piping installation drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing and piping systems and related code requirements
• 3D proficiency and mechanical experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within specified time restrictions
• Ability to coordinate using all construction documents and effectively RFI any issues as required.
FIELD SUPERVISION
