DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
New Biotech facility consisting of a basement, 1st & 2nd floors and mezzanine level at approximately 5000 sq. ft. per level. Including Cell Culture, Media Prep, Buffer Hold, Preparations, Chemical Storage and Mechanical Space.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Install new cGMP piping mains throughout facility to service new manufacturing areas. Install multiple utility panels with use point connections for all building utilities. Rig, move and set in place all Owner furnished equipment; process vessels, centrifuge skid, autoclave, glass washer, wash sinks, etc.

CHALLENGES:
One of the first Biotech facilities designed and installed using a 3D CAD program. The 3D design and accelerated scheduled made for a very challenging project.
