DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
West Tower Expansion (Phase 2) of an existing hospital called East Tower. East Tower had 2 previous expansions; Phase - 1 3 Levels to North and Phase 1A - 4 levels vertically. West Tower has 7 Floors with basement (237,734 sq ft) consisting of Kitchen/Cafeteria/Dining, Labs, Mechanical Rooms and Patient Rooms.

SCOPE OF WORK:
All plumbing including med gas, plumbing waters, drainage and DI water and site work. All wetside piping including heating and chilled hydronic, steam, condensate and heating hot water equipment.

CHALLENGES:
One of the main challenges was integration of new services into the existing facility.
