DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
300mm manufacturing facility. Including 161,000 sq ft clean room a sub-fab level, a utility level, a FAB Bump building, a PSSS area and a PCD room.

SCOPE OF WORK:
We provided and installed all the unistrut support racks for the main and lateral piping. We installed all equipment (FBO) and piping for the PCWS/R, CPCWS/R, OFA, HPOFA, Plant Air, Breathing Air, Instrument Air, House Vacuum, Arsenic House Vacuum, Wet Vacuum, and Industrial Water systems. This included all mains and laterals.

CHALLENGES:
With 261,000 manhours, 250,000 feet of unistrut and 180,000 feet of pipe, fabrication was the biggest challenge we faced. We jumped on the detailing early and opened a fabrication shop in AZ to pre-fab the racks. This ensured that we were ahead of the pipe installation. The piping was fabricated in our CA fabshop and shipped to the jobsite. We stayed ahead of all other trades in the installation of our piping.
